House of Blue Eyes

Nachdem wir uns viele Jahre nur in der virtuellen Welt kannten, durfte ich Moni und ihre beiden wundervollen Heilige Birma Kater Shannon und "Professor" Ray nun auch endlich persönlich kennenlernen. Bei diesem Besuch sind dann diese Bilder entstanden. Auf der Webseite "House of Blue Eyes" findet ihr nicht nur Geschichten und Bilder der beiden Kater, sondern auch unheimlich viele Informationen zum Thema Katzengesundheit, die Moni über die Jahre zusammengetragen hat. 

After many years of knowing each other only in the virtual world I finally got to meet Moni and her Sacred Birman cats Shannon and "Professor" Ray in person. These pictures were taken during the visit. On the website "House of Blue Eyes" you not only find stories and pictures of the two cats, but also a treasure trove of information regarding cat health that Moni gathered over the years. 

Update 5. September 2021: Heute hat sich Ray leider auf seinen Weg über die Regenbogenbrücke gemacht und ist seinem Bruder Shannon gefolgt. Auch er wird wahnsinnig vermisst werden. * Sadly Ray made his way across the Rainbow Bridge today and followed his brother Shannon. He will also be incredibly missed.

Update 9. Oktober 2020: Leider hat Shannon heute die Regenbogenbrücke überquert. Wir werden ihn alle unglaublich vermissen. * Sadly Shannon crossed the Rainbow Bridge today. He will be sorely missed.

Shannon

Er hat die Farbe seal tabby point und wurde am 7. Juni 2003 geboren. Mehr Informationen über ihn könnt ihr hier finden. * He is the color seal tabby point and was born on June 7, 2003. You can find more information about him here.

Mit Bändchen spielen ist immer toll... * Toying with ribbons is always a hit...

Ray

Er ist seal tabby point und wurde wie sein Bruder am 7. Juni 2003 geboren. Mehr Informationen über ihn gibt es hier. * He is the color seal tabby point and was born like his brother on June 7, 2003. You can find more information about him here.

Ray liebt es, mit Brillen zu spielen. * Ray loves playing with glasses.

Bändchen gehen auch immer. * Ribbons work well every time too.

Aber er spielt auch gerne mit einem Filzbällchen aus dem eigenen Fell. * But he also enjoys playing with a little felt ball made from his own fur.

Das ganze Spielen macht aber müde. * All this playing is making him tired though.

Die beiden Brüder zusammen zu sehen war wirklich wunderbar. Man merkt, wie sehr sie sich lieben und wie sehr sie die Nähe des anderen genießen.
